Yes. All certified translations from ATIS include a signed certificate confirming compliance with USCIS requirements and are accepted by most U.S. government agencies.
How fast can I get my translation?
Our standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Same-day and urgent delivery options are available for time-sensitive cases.
What types of documents do you translate?
We translate birth certificates, diplomas, marriage licenses, medical reports, legal contracts, transcripts, ID cards, and immigration documents. We also handle business and technical translations for organizations.
Do I need to visit your office in person?
No. You can securely upload a scan or photo of your document online through our Get a Quote form. Once completed, we’ll email you the final translation or ship it to your address at no extra cost.
How much does a certified translation cost?
Prices start at $50 per page for most documents. Discounts are available for multi-page orders, agencies, and recurring clients.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods — credit and debit cards, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, bank transfers, and checks. In-person clients can also pay in cash at our Sacramento or Carmichael locations.
Do you provide notarized translations?
Yes. Upon request, we can notarize your certified translation for legal use in courts, consulates, or professional institutions. Please mention notarization when placing your order.
